To begin your custom sewing order, we kindly ask for an initial deposit. This secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to start preparing your unique garment.

After placing your order, please send us:

Your bust and waist measurements (or your full measurements if requested).

Any custom changes or design modifications you’d like.

Reference photos (if applicable).

Your phone number for DHL delivery.

Your preferred delivery date (please also include it in the order notes).

Once we receive your information, we’ll review all the details, confirm everything with you, and begin creating your custom piece.

Every garment is handcrafted specifically for you, ensuring the best possible fit and attention to every detail.
Care Information

To make the care of our corsets correct and simple, we have created an instruction especially for you:
● Wash only by hand. Machine wash is excluded, even in delicate mode.
● Use delicate detergents. Shampoo or soap solution is best for this.
● Cannot be soaked. Clean the corset with light movements with a soapy sponge.
● Water should be exclusively of room temperature.
● Squeeze off. The corset uses materials that dry quickly even at room temperature.
● Do not iron. This can cause deformation of the corset.
● The corset must be stored in a horizontal position. It does not need to be washed every day, but do not forget to air every time after use.

Standard shipping

We provide UPS express delivery, delivery time is 3-6 working days. Please note that the delivery time does not include the time of product manufacture. The production time is up to 10 working days.
Return and exchange. If the purchased product for some reason did not suit you, we will offer you an alternative to exchange. If it is not available, we will refund.
Return. To make a refund, simply send us the goods back. Importantly! The product must be in its original form and must not have traces of wear or damage. Must be original tags and packaging.

Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.
There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.

Return options:
24 hours: We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
15 Days: Return within 15 days to receive a 70% refund. Tag required.
30 Days: Return within 30 days to receive a 50% refund. Tag required.

To return, contact us in any convenient way. Just enter the order number and name.
