Terms for Manufacturing Items

  • The process of sewing a wedding dress takes an average of 28 days from the start.
  • The completion date is determined in advance. We agree on the details before starting production.
  • Adjusting an order that has already been accepted for processing
  • You can change decorative elements, fabric type, and style. However, such changes are allowed no later than 30 days before the start of sewing.
  • Once the seamstresses have started sewing, adjustments can only be made under certain conditions. This is by mutual agreement of both parties. Please note that changes at this stage are subject to additional charges.

Payment for Sewing

  • When making an order, a 50% advance payment is required.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid to the specified account after sending a photo of the finished product.
  • In case of cancellation of an order for clothing after the start of the process, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Fabrics and Coordination of Their Types

  • The selected decorative elements and materials are finalized during the discussion of details.
  • We take responsibility for ensuring that the result fully corresponds to the selected samples and agreed sketches, as well as impeccable quality.

Emergence of Unexpected Circumstances

If situations arise that we could not have foreseen in advance, we will change the terms in agreement with the client.

Step-by-step Description of the Process:

  • Final determination of style (the customer must describe their requirements and preferences in detail).
  • Approval of the type of material. If you want to make changes after this stage (for example, the type of fabric or shade), please note that there will be an additional charge of 30% of the total price.
  • Confirmation of the sample, based on which the necessary corrections are made.
    The price includes no more than 3-4 alterations. Any adjustments made after that will be charged at an additional 30% of the price.
  • Final confirmation. After this stage, it is impossible to change any details of the garment.
    Since this is manual work, any changes made after the specified deadline will add +30% to the order price.
  • Sending the final model for review.

  • We guarantee premium quality execution and strict adherence to the agreed fabrics, decor, and styles.
  • We regularly update you on the progress of your order.
  • We immediately provide all information to the customer if there are reasons for delays or complications in the process.
  • We maintain transparent and professional communication at all stages.
  • We satisfy justified requests for corrections within the agreed time frame.

Obligations Assumed by Customers:

  • Provide detailed information about your preferences, including the desired style and color, to avoid problems.
  • Take measurements exactly as advised by the studio for a perfect fit, and fill in all the fields with the parameters.
  • Respond quickly to requests and provide backup communication channels.
  • If responses are delayed, causing delays, the customer is responsible for the extended deadlines.

Exchange and Return Policy

Clothing made to individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.

If, due to our mistake, the product is too large or too small, we can make changes.
