Return and exchange
We hope you are satisfied when you receive your order. However, we understand that some orders may require to be returned or exchanged. (Please refer to our Special Restrictions section on return exclusions.)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for immediate resolution.
We will process the return or exchange according to the instructions provided.
Return options:
24 hours. We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Within 15 days. Return the order no later than 15 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 70% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Within 30 days. Return the order no later than 30 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.
There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.
Disclaimer:
Address error or other customer error: If a parcel is returned to our store undamaged due to an address error or any other error made by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. We will issue a refund for the item.
Violation of laws: If a parcel is returned to our store due to a violation of the country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing, or shipping) billed by our store. We will issue a refund to the customer, minus the shipping charges.
Customer refusal: If the customer refuses a parcel due to additional fees (such as taxes), our store will issue a refund to the buyer, minus the shipping charges and taxes, after receiving the returned parcel and verifying that everything was shipped originally. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
Customs confiscation: If a parcel is detained or seized by customs or abandoned by the carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. A refund will only be issued to the buyer, minus shipping charges and taxes, if and when our store receives the returned parcel intact.
Lost parcels: Lost parcels must be reported to our store within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation. Our store cannot be responsible for refunds or replacements beyond one calendar month. If any order is returned to our store and if the cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the ordered item, our store will instruct the carrier to refuse the parcel. In this case, the buyer will not receive a refund for the order but will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned parcels: If customs or the carrier destroys the parcel or if it is not returned to our store, we cannot refund the order.
Any duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
The returned product will be tested and inspected to confirm the defect before a refund is issued.
Reshipment and Missed Scheduled Delivery Fees: If a customer requests a reshipment due to a return to sender, refusal to ship, or missed scheduled delivery, they will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees unless it is due to a company or carrier error.
Product Defect, Damage, or Mis-shipment: Customers may be entitled to a full refund of the product price and shipping and handling fees if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or mis-shipped. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for immediate resolution. To ensure proper claim processing and reimbursement of return shipping costs, you must include a completed RMA form with your return. All claims for defective products are subject to verification and confirmation. For "defective" claims, the returned product will be tested and inspected to confirm the defect before a refund is issued.
After inspection, if the product(s) are found to be defective or incorrect product(s), an exact replacement, if available, will be sent to you free of charge. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will process a full refund using the same payment method used for the original order.
Damaged or missing goods: Claims for damaged goods or discrepancies (such as missing items in your order) must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please keep all packaging material in case an inspection is required. In case of damage during transportation, we may contact the carrier.
Undelivered, Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages: The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs at the current carrier rates. Shipping and handling fees, taxes, and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. The initial shipping cost is not refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned packages unless it was the company's mistake. For packages with "free shipping," the shipping cost will be evaluated and deducted from the final refund. Any shipping cost incurred to return the product will not be refunded, unless it was the company's mistake. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international delivery.

*Special Limitations*
We will not charge a restocking fee for exchanges, but customers may be responsible for shipping costs. When returning a product, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. However, if the mistake was our fault, you will receive a full refund. Once your exchange or return request is confirmed, you will be provided with a return address to ship the product back to us.
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please first send photos of the product by email. You can make an even exchange for the exact same item, or you can exchange it for a different style and pay the price difference.
We cannot accept items that are not in their original condition. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included and attached.
Items that have been opened or used, if not damaged or defective, cannot be returned.
Return Process:
Step 1:
Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to our customer support explaining the reason for the return/exchange and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Only packages that contain a RA number will be accepted for returns. We reserve the right to refuse to sign for packages that are returned without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for any damages incurred.
Step 2:
Prepare the items for return in secure packaging, including the original invoice with the completed return section.
Step 3:
Send the returned items using insured or trackable shipping to the return address we will provide you with. When you send the items, please email us the tracking number. After we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your return. All returns will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Returns:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds :
If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
